Consultation ~ The consultation consists of a walk-through of your home or the spaces that need creative change. I will take notes and digital photographs and evaluate the changes that can be made to help your home sell quicker.
Full Day Staging Projects ~ My full day staging projects consist of up to 8 hours and best suits homes 2000 Sq. Ft. or more. The package includes the Consultation, De-cluttering*, Deodorizing, Furniture and Accessory Arrangement, and Before & After Photos.
Half Day Staging Projects ~ My half day staging projects consist of up to 4 hours and best suits homes under 2000 Sq. Ft. The package includes the Consultation, De-cluttering*, Deodorizing, and Furniture and Accessory Arrangement.
De-Clutter ~ The process of de-cluttering is the first step in home staging and involves the removal of personal items and things that have collected over the years, hence the word clutter. A space should feel warm and inviting, not distracting and busy. Overcrowded rooms appear smaller or less functional than they are.
Furniture & Accessory Arrangement ~ I will pull from my knowledge of design, layout, color, and staging knowledge to plan and re-create your space. Each room will have a clear purpose or function and will be visually appealing to the largest number of potential buyers.
Homeowners Furniture ~ I will utilize any and all of the homeowners furniture, decor, accessories, and move them from room to room as each situation presents itself.
Vacant Property ~ I maintain a relationship with local vendors in order to supply your home with the appropriate, basic furniture and accessories. Furniture/accessory rental rates vary by item and length of time needed, and is paid for by the homeowner.
Accessory, Small Furniture Rental ~ Because I have a growing inventory of accessories and small furniture available for rent, I am able to give your staging project the finishing touches it needs!
Painting/Small Repairs ~ Changing the color with a fresh coat of paint is an inexpensive way to make a huge impact to the look and feel of your space. For an additional hourly fee, I will paint your space, refinish/re purpose items to best coordinate them with the project.
Digital Photos ~ Depending on the staging package you choose, you will be provided with before and after pictures in the form of a CD. If your package does not include the photos, they can be purchased for an additional fee.

*The process of de-cluttering is a personal phase of Home Staging that should be done by the homeowner, when it is best for them. When the proposal is given, you will be provided with a list of personal items to remove or pack prior to the scheduled staging day. On the staging day, the non-personal remainder of the de-cluttering process will be completed.
